Delete your MarketLegion account

MarketLegion Technologies, Inc. — a Delaware corporation

This page explains how to request deletion of your MarketLegion account and associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

Request deletion inside the app

  1. Open the MarketLegion app.
  2. Go to Account → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email policy@marketlegion.ai from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account.

What is deleted

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required by law or for security and fraud-prevention purposes — for example, financial transaction records and security/consent logs. Where retained, such records are minimized and, where possible, anonymized so they can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel any active subscription. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription separately in the App Store, Google Play, or your billing settings, in addition to deleting your account.
